TIWWA was a commissioned installation for the opening of the Tate Modern Switch House. The research incorporates new analytical techniques which focus on enhanced audience engagement through the analysis of crowd behaviour using sophisticated algorithms, such as sentiment analysis, to innovatively integrate subjective and objective data. The underpinning research applied i-DAT’s Quorum (http://quorum.i-dat.org/) initiative that builds on its research strengths in cultural computation, ludic data and playful experimentation with creative technology. | |
